About Me
I am currently pursuing PhD at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University. I am advised by Prof Ken Mai. [Advisor] [Research Group]. I received my M.S. from Dept of ECE, CMU in 2012 and my B.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur in 2002. I worked at ST Microelectronics, Noida from 2002-06 in the field of memory design.
I am looking for full-time employment opportunities starting June 2013. |
Research / Work experience
My current research focus is on design and applications of Physical Unclonable Functions (PUFs), a new research area in hardware security.
I am currently working towards my PhD thesis titled "Reliable, Secure, Efficient Physical Unclonable Functions" and expect to defend in late Spring 2013. I am looking forward to join a position in the industry after graduation.
Previously, I have worked at ST Microelectronics for 4 years in the Embedded SRAM Design Group. As a Design Engineer, I was responsible for the design of SRAM compilers. I worked on single-port as well as dual-port SRAM compiler designs in 130nm, 90nm, and 65nm technologies. Apart from my work experience, I have worked on several research projects at CMU that involved working on the design of custom SRAMs and peripheral logic.
Here is my most recent RESUME.
